Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Experience (Customer Experience), Trust (Trust ), and Customer Satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction). This study highlights how these three factors can shape Repurchase Intention among UPN “Veteran” East Java students who often use GoRide services. The method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. In this study, the variables of Customer Experience, Trust , and Customer Satisfaction were analyzed to determine how much influence they have on Repurchase Intention. The results showed that Customer Experience has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention. However, Trust and Customer Satisfaction have no significant effect partially on Repurchase Intention. However, simultaneously, the three variables have a significant influence on customer decisions to reuse GoRide services.
