Abstract
This study aims to develop a web-based project management information system named GoPro, designed to assist PT Petrokimia Gresik in addressing challenges in project document management and early detection of project delays. The research stages include requirement gathering, system needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. GoPro is equipped with key features such as project document management, fast document search, weekly report management, transmittal management, automated notifications, and early detection of project delays using the certainty factor method. The system was tested using black-box testing to verify its functionality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through questionnaires to measure user satisfaction. The results show that the certainty factor method achieved an accuracy of 86% based on 30 tested projects, while the UAT revealed a user satisfaction rate of 94.07%. With features tailored to user needs and highly satisfactory evaluation results, this study concludes that the GoPro system effectively enhances project supervision and monitoring efficiency, supporting the success of projects at PT Petrokimia Gresik.
