Abstract

The efficient performance of the supply chain is a crucial factor for a company's success in facing increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to design a performance assessment system for supply chain management (SCM) using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach at CV Jumjum Station. The research method employed in this study is descriptive quantitative, involving the collection of primary data through in-depth interviews, pair-wise comparison questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from relevant literature studies. Data analysis is conducted using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) to measure the importance level across hierarchies and the predetermined BSC perspectives. This research also emphasizes the importance of measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each BSC perspective, in order to monitor supply chain performance continuously and ensure that all operational aspects can be evaluated effectively. The results of the study indicate that the financial aspect is the primary priority in the assessment of SCM performance, followed by employee development, customer service, and internal company processes, which are also significant. Delivery reliability, product development, productivity ratios, and KPIs such as delivery efficiency rates and customer satisfaction have been identified as key areas that need improvement to optimize the overall performance of the company's SCM.
