Abstract
Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is a horticultural commodity belonging to the Asteraceae family that can be cultivated using hexagonal vertical aeroponics. This research was conducted at the Greenhouse of the East Java Veteran Development University, Indonesia in March- May 2024. This research was conducted using the Randomized Block Design (RAK) method with two treatment factors. The treatments used were Planting Direction as the first factor and the addition of nutrients as the second factor. Planting Direction (P) consists of 6 levels, namely: planting direction 1, planting direction 2, planting direction 3, planting direction 4, planting direction 5, planting direction 6. The second factor is the addition of POC to nutrients and without the addition of nutrients. The results of the study showed that the combination of planting direction 2 and the addition of POC to nutrients had a significant effect on increasing plant length and organoleptic tests.
