Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of individual morality, organizational culture, and internal control systems on the risk of fraud in the management of APBDes in Buduran District. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using primary data. The population used in this research was the village government office in Buduran District. The sampling method used purpove sampling, there was a population of 15 village government offices and the sample used was 75 samples. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis used is SmartPLS Version 4.0. The research results show that individual morality has a significant effect on fraud risk, organizational culture has no significant effect on fraud risk and the internal control system has no significant effect on fraud risk.
