Abstract
In the process of designing the design collaboration tool interface design at PT Qatros Teknologi Nusantara, the role of a UI/UX Designer is very important. The goal of this activity is to create an optimal user experience and an attractive user interface for the application. During the design process, a UI/UX Designer performs various activities, including user research, wireframe and prototype creation, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX) design. They also perform user testing to gather feedback and validate the designs. UI/UX designers collaborate with product development teams, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand needs and ensure consistent design quality. They also update and improve designs based on user feedback, industry trends, and product performance evaluations. During the design process, UI/UX Designers use the Scrum method. The Scrum method allows designers to effectively collaborate with development teams, users, and other stakeholders. Open communication and continuous reciprocity play an important role in producing better designs. By using the Scrum method, the team can respond quickly to changing user needs and optimize the interface design. The end result of this street vendor activity is the interface design of a design collaboration tool that pays attention to user needs, has an attractive appearance, and is easy to use. This design incorporates UX Design principles such as usability, consistency, and user satisfaction to create an optimal experience. Through this street vendor activity, a UI/UX Designer field work practice can develop design skills and understand the importance of using the right methods and frameworks in designing an effective user interface. Apart from that, experience working in a real environment also helps in gaining a better understanding of user needs and challenges associated with application development. PKL activities in the field of UI/UX Design using the Scrum method at PT Qatros Teknologi Nusantara provide valuable opportunities for practical field work to develop understanding and practical design skills and collaborate with teams in developing effective products.
