Abstract
Employees are valuable company assets that must be managed well for the success of the company. This study aims to determine and show the influence of Trust, Organizational Culture, and Workload on Organizational Performance through Relational Capital at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Branch of Probolinggo City with a total of 50 respondents distributed through questionnaires. This study uses nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling and proportional sampling techniques. And data analysis and analysis tools used in this study are using the Structural Equation Modeling model and Partial Least Squares analysis tool with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the study indicate that Trust has a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance, Organizational Culture has a significant negative effect on Organizational Performance, and Workload has a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance, Relational Capital cannot mediate the relationship between Trust and Organizational Performance, Relational Capital can mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Performance, and Relational Capital cannot mediate the relationship between Workload and Organizational Performance.
