Abstract
Currently, bouquets have become a promising and evergreen business. Various types of products are offered with a wide range of creative designs. This is supported by the trend of celebration ceremonies among students, particularly after their thesis defense, which has increased the demand for bouquets. The growing trend is evident from the proliferation of bouquet businesses, both in the form of companies and home-based enterprises. The research questions in this study are: 1) Does product quality affect the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets among students in Surabaya? 2) Does price perception affect the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets among students in Surabaya? 3) Does promotion affect the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets among students in Surabaya? 4) Does location affect the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets among students in Surabaya? The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of product quality on the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets among students in Surabaya. 2) To determine the effect of price perception on the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets among students in Surabaya. 3) To determine the effect of promotion on the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets among students in Surabaya. 4) To determine the effect of location on the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets among students in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative method involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The respondents consist of students in Surabaya who have purchased Civiartss bouquets. Data collection includes both primary and secondary data, and analysis is conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) techniques, with tests for validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that 1) there is a significant and positive influence of product quality on the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets, 2) there is a significant and positive influence of price perception on the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets, 3) there is a significant and positive influence of promotion on the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets, and 4) there is a significant and positive influence of location on the purchasing decision of Civiartss bouquets.
