Abstract
A website-based electronic store sales information system is very important in optimizing business processes and increasing operational efficiency. In this proposal, we propose to develop an electronic store sales information system that uses the Laravel framework. Laravel Framework is a popular and powerful web application development framework based on the PHP programming language. By using Laravel, the development of a sales information system will be faster, more efficient and more structured. This framework provides a variety of features and tools that can accelerate development, such as powerful database management, a flexible routing system, and a template system that makes it easy for developers to create attractive user interfaces. This sales information system will function as an online platform that allows customers to make purchases of electronic products easily and conveniently. Customers will be able to browse the product catalog, view product details, add them to their shopping cart, and perform the checkout process to complete a purchase. In addition, the system will provide various administrative features for store owners, such as product management, order management and sales reports. In developing this system, we will follow a structured software development methodology, such as Model-View-Controller (MVC), which is supported by the Laravel framework. We will identify specific business requirements, design appropriate database structures, implement the necessary business logic, and develop intuitive user interfaces. Apart from using Laravel, we will also utilize other appropriate technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, to produce a responsive and attractive website appearance. We will also ensure system security by implementing recommended security practices, such as input validation, protection against SQL injection attacks, and protection against Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks. By developing a website-based electronic store sales information system using the Laravel framework, we hope to provide an effective and efficient solution to improve the customer shopping experience and support the growth of the e-store business.
