Abstract
Disodium Phosphate which has another name is Sodium Phosphate Dibasic is a phosphate compound which is an intermediate product (intermediate product) which is widely used in the chemical industry. In the chemical industry, this compound used as raw material for detergent, as a water softener, for silk weighting in the textile industry, for leather tanning, and industrial materials paper. In making Disodium Phosphate, the Crystallization method is used, because the process is the most efficient and effective, apart from the yield and purity the product obtained is quite high. Establishment of a Disodium Phosphate Factory with raw materials for Sodium Carbonate and Phosphoric Acid with a crystallization process has a capacity of 95000 tons/year and was established in the Gresik Industrial Area, Gresik District, Gresik Regency, East Java. This factory will be established by using a 24 hour continuous operating system with 330 working days employees totaling 127 employees. The raw material for making Disodium Phosphate is Phosphoric Acid 75% obtained from PT Petrokimia Gresik and Natrium Carbonate obtained from PT. AKR Corporindo, Surabaya.
