Abstract

This research aims to analyze FIFA’S role in promoting anti-discrimination norms within Indonesia’s football system from 2022-2024. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, the study explores how FIFA contributes to the Norm Life Cycle theory, starting from norm emergence, norm cascade, and norm internalization in indonesia. The findings indicate that FIFA plays a significant role in promoting and transforming anti-discrimination norm in Indonesia through various policies and implemented programs. FIFA’S implementation of anti-discrimination norms focuses not only on raising awareness and enforcing strict policies but also an education and training to foster a fair and inclusive football culture.
