Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explain the workload, the amount of value wages and a lot of impact on driver performance by using objects research on PT Barokah Bumi Jaya transport service drivers. This research uses quantitative approach. The population in this study were drivers of the PT Barokah Bumi Jaya transportation service. Meanwhile, the sample in this study were drivers for the transportation service PT Barokah Bumi Jaya, totaling 32 respondents. All tests using the SmartPLS Application show that all tests get scores above the prerequisite scores so that the test is declared reliable. This research uses design quantitative research, data analysis in the form of descriptive statistics and PLS analysis. Results Research shows that workload has a positive and significant effect on driver performance. Then the wage value has a positive effect and significant impact on driver performance. Then in many situations it has a positive effect and significant impact on driver performance. Keywords: Workload; Amount of Wage Value; Lots of Ritase; Driver Performance
