Abstract
Various aspects of life in the digital age have been transformed by advances in information and communication technology, including career growth. The Academic Services Unit for Career Development and Entrepreneurship (UPA PKK) of the National Development University (UPN) "Veteran" East Java is working to improve career services for students and alumni. The aim of this research is to create and develop a website-based application known as Virtual Career Job Fair to address accessibility and effectiveness issues in providing information about job opportunities, training, seminars, and more. The research goes through stages of system needs analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing using a waterfall system development model. The results of the system testing show that applications meet expectations by helping students and alumni gain career information and build relationships with job providers. It is expected that this application will improve the quality of job placement and help students and alumni in choosing careers.
