Abstract
Poverty is often a concern for all countries because it can hinder economic development in a country. This problem of poverty is a problem that must be addressed seriously, because high or low levels of poverty will greatly affect the economic conditions of a region. This research aims to analyze the influence of life expectancy, open unemployment rate, labor force participation rate and economic growth on poverty levels in East Java Province. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with quantitative methods and secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Java Province for 2011 - 2022. In this research there are tests used, namely the classical assumption test and hypothesis test. Independently, the life expectancy rate, open unemployment rate, and economic growth have a negative and significant effect on the poverty level in East Java Province, while the labor force participation rate has no effect on the poverty level in East Java Province.
