Abstract

Singapore is one of the countries that has a large number of visits tourists which increase steadily every year, until Singapore is nicknamed as the main destination country for tourist destinations in Southeast Asia. However, there is The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the number of tourist visits to Singapore experienced a decline, one of which was the number of tourists from Indonesia. In To overcome this, STB, which is Singapore's tourism legal entity, has launched a recovery campaign namely “SingapoReimagine” which carried out through various efforts to support the success of the campaign in Indonesia. This research aims to explain what efforts there are which STB has carried out through the “SingapoReimagine” campaign for maintain Singapore tourism in Indonesia by using three levels in public diplomacy theory according to Kranjc. Research methods used in this research is descriptive research with techniques data collection using the library research method. The research results The author finds that STB has made diplomatic efforts based on three levels of public diplomacy according to Kranjc, namely on the level of actors by collaborating with individuals and the media, at the level of channels and work methods with the use of social media in each activities, and on the level of content and mission by determining objectives want to achieve through the content that will be created.
