Abstract
This research aims to test, prove, analyze and find out the influence of perceived ease of use, technology readiness, and digital competence on perceived usefulness and technology adoption of artificial intelligence in the accounting field. The population in this study were 4 state universities in Surabaya, namely UPN "Veteran" East Java, Airlangga University, Surabaya State University, and Sunan Ampel Surabaya State Islamic University. The number of samples used was 98 students obtained using the Slovin formula with a sample collection technique, namely random sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative research using data collection techniques through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS Version 3 software. This technique consists of outer model analysis, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that perceived ease of use contributes to perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use does not contribute to technology adoption of artificial intelligence, technology readiness contributes to perceived usefulness, technology readiness contributes to technology adoption of artificial intelligence, digital competence contributes to perceived usefulness, and digital competence contribute to technology adoption of artificial intelligence.
