Abstract
BUM Desa Langgeng Jaya Village, Gempol Village, Nganjuk Regency succeeded in achieving 1st place in the district level BUM Village competition in 2022, and represented Nganjuk Regency in the East Java Province level competition. This success is supported by the development of programs that have been well implemented by BUM Desa, which have had a positive impact on development and created the expected success. The aim of this research is how to develop BUM Langgeng Jaya Village in Gempol Village, Nganjuk Regency. The approach method used is qualitative descriptive. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, documentation. From the results obtained, it shows that the development carried out by BUM Desa Langgeng Jaya in Gempol Village has been effective in achieving the desired success, because in the output assessment, there are (1) In HR Development, BUM Desa carries out training and skills development mainly aimed at to the BUM Village management. Initial steps such as bookkeeping training have been taken to increase financial transparency and efficiency. (2) The development of BUM Desa businesses includes plans to develop fishing facilities, integrated stalls with BUM Desa shops, and a waste management program to improve environmental cleanliness and is also focused on increasing the productivity of shallots and local MSMEs (3) In the development of marketing networks, BUM The village partners with Mega Elektronik to expand the market and increase income. By providing flexible payments, BUM Desa strengthens relationships with the community and increases customer satisfaction. Despite facing administrative challenges, such as implementing e-payment services. BUM Desa continues to strive to maintain a balance of prices and profits and expand services with plans to develop online payment services and internal training. (4) Capital Development carried out by BUM Desa seeks to optimize Village Funds and Provincial BKK assistance to strengthen the local economy. The capital obtained is used for financial services, shop development, and fishing projects by the village youth organization. Administrative challenges include problems with e-payments, and BKK expiry information, while transparency in the use of funds is maintained through annual meetings with key stakeholders, although not involving all village parties. (5) Increasing Village BUM Stakeholder Participation is encouraged by collaboration between the village government and the community. The village government provides support through outreach, selection of business actors, and increasing technical capacity, while providing capital and transportation facilities.
