Abstract
Banyuwangi Regency is the easternmost area of the island of Java, it is a district that is developing from the economic sector to tourism, data shows that the increase in tourists in Bayuwangi continues to increase, this will be very profitable if you build a modern world center commercial building on a large scale like a mall in big cities, considering that there are no such buildings or facilities in Banyuwangi, of course the Banyuwangi mall will not only be an entertainment center, but also as a forum for the arts of the Osing Banyuwangi tribe and integrated with beach tourism in Banyuwangi. A modern shopping center with an Integrated Mall type in Banyuwangi using a Neo Vernacular Architecture approach is a building that has the function of activities within it as a world center and a forum for the arts and culture of Osing Banyuwangi by implementing the Integrated Mall type, a combination of open and closed malls, which aims to minimize bad impressions. on the environment and produce a better and healthier place. This Banyuwangi mall is integrated with beach tourism on the Banyuwangi coast. In the future, the target users at this Banyuwangi mall will not only be the local community but also domestic and foreign tourists. This article aims to outline the basis, concept of planning and design of the Banyuwangi Integrated Mall which is able to serve tourists and the people of Banyuwangi and its surroundings.
