Abstract
The application of information technology that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic made the learning system in higher education change to online learning. Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo is one of the new universities that implemented e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. E-learning is classified as a new system so that the role of lecturers as instructors plays an important role in determining the success or failure of a system. Therefore, an important factor to successfully adopt the LMS in the University is the acceptance of lecturers or instructors as they are considered as the main stakeholders. The purpose of this thesis is to find out what variables influence the adoption of e-learning by lecturers using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) model and Delone Mclean's Information System Success Model at Nahdlatul Ulama University of Sidoarjo. The variables used are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, information quality, system quality, service quality, instructors' quality (attitude toward system) and actual LMS adoption. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with 54 lecturers as respondents. This thesis data analysis uses SEM-PLS with WarPLS 7.0 software. Based on the evaluation results, it shows that the variables that affect the Actual Adoption of LMS are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality and Perceived Usefulness. Other evaluation results show that the variables that affect Perceived Usefulness are Information Quality and Perceived Ease of Use. In addition, another evaluation revealed that Attitude Toward System, System Quality and Information Quality affect Perceived Ease of Use. Keywords: E-learning, TAM, ISSM, SEM-PLS.
