Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of accountability, transparency and community participation on the management of village funds in Medalem Village, Kradenan District, Blora Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the entire village community of 2,553 people. The sample used in this research was selected using purposive sampling with predetermined sample criteria, resulting in a sample of 97 people. The data used is primary data obtained directly using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The data processing technique used is SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that accountability and community participation contribute to the management of village funds, while transparency does not contribute to the management of village funds, there is no direct implementation of village government delivery to village communities, and there is a lack of government openness to the public or village communities. The suggestion is that the village government should continue to implement and improve accountable, transparent and participatory management of village funds so that the management of village funds in Medalem Village improves.
