Abstract
This study aims to determine the strategy used by the management to face Coffee Shop competition in Sidoarjo using the Blue Ocean Strategy Approach. In this research, the method used is qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research aims to describe, illustrate, and explain more deeply the problems being observed. In qualitative research, the main subjects of the study are humans, and the results of this research are manifested in words that correspond to the field situation. The results of this research through the E-R-R-C scheme established for Labuda Coffee are as follows: First, in the eliminate step, the Honey Spices Lime and Honey Spices Flower Tea menus are eliminated. Then, in the reduce step, the prices of the established products will be reduced. Next, in the raise step, Labuda Coffee will add stands with shade, enhance marketing strategies, and increase the provided facilities. Lastly, in the create step, Labuda Coffee will create new signature coffee variants and also create a new set menu.
