Abstract
This study has purpose to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent board of commissioners on firm value. The type of research used is quantitative research. In this study, the population used is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2022. Sampling this study using purposive sampling obtained 40 samples. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership affects firm value, institutional ownership affects firm value, and the independent board of commissioners has no effect on firm value.
