Abstract
Kebab Si Abah is one of the MSMEs operating in the Food and Beverage sector. Based on the results of observations at Kebab Si Abah, it was found that sales recording and inventory management of Si Abah Kebabs were still done manually. Manual recording can cause data inaccuracies and hinder the availability of real-time information. Therefore, a "Sales Forecasting and Stock Optimization System Using the Least Square and Min-Max Method" was developed using the RAD approach. This development method is used because it can shorten the time in system development and produce a system according to user requests. The Least Square Method is used to predict product sales for the next 3 weeks. The use of the Min-max method is used to prevent stockouts and inventory overstocks. The results of the development of the Si Abah Kebab Sales Forecasting and Stock Optimization System aim to prevent Stockouts and Overstocks and help management make decisions based on the results of forecasting and stock management. The UAT results are 94%, which shows that users strongly agree that the forecasting and stock optimization information system meets the needs of Kebab Si Abah users.
