Abstract
Strategy is a tool of government power that contains ideas and ideas in overcoming problems, complexities and complexities in government, especially in efforts to accelerate stunting reduction. In this case, Sruni Village made efforts that succeeded in reducing the stunting rate and became one of the lowest areas. This study aims to analyze the strategies carried out by the village government in an effort to accelerate stunting reduction in Sruni Village, Gedangan Subdistrict, Sidoarj Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which produces data in the form of written words from interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the Sruni Village Government did not only focus on efforts to accelerate stunting reduction which could be seen in quantity, but with the output of creating independence in the community in PHBS behavior. This effort is supported by adequate resources ranging from human resources, infrastructure facilities, and an optimal budget so that it has implications for positive results as evidenced by the decline in stunting rates in Sruni Village. The most prominent thing in the success of the strategy to accelerate stunting reduction is the activeness and seriousness of the TPK. The strategy carried out by the Sruni Village Government can be a best practice for other Village Governments in areas with high stunting rates by taking into account regional characteristics and resources.
