Abstract
Center for Oil and Gas Human Resources Development (PPSDM Migas) was founded in 1886 during the Dutch government. PPSDM Migas is located in Cepu, Blora Regency. PPSDM Oil and Gas processes crude oil into several products, such as Pertasol CA, Pertasol CB, Pertasol CC, diesel, and residue. PPSDM has a production capacity of 3,800 bbl/day or 600 m3/day by processing crude oil from PT. Pertamina EP Asset 4 Field Cepu. PPSDM Migas is led by one head and assisted by three division heads and one head of administration and functional groups. Production at PPSDM Migas goes through atmospheric distillation and treating processes with the main raw material being crude oil and additional raw materials being ammonia and sodium hydroxide. PPSDM Migas has several process support units such as utilities, laboratories, solid, liquid and gas waste processing for processing waste generated every day. Waste handling in PPSDM Migas such as solid waste originating from leaf litter, food packaging and drinks are temporarily stored in three green trash cans, yellow and red placed throughout the PPSDM Oil and Gas area.
