Abstract

Management source power man merup will means for increase quality human , with repair source power humans , also improve performance and power results organization , so could realize employees / employees who have high performance . _ PT Friends Success Doing Business in Surabaya real and synergize , agents insurance as power marketers who market owned product _ company is expected could doing Duty and function with not quite enough answer and ability good work _ and structured so that could reach destination and create success To use reach progress company . By because that study this aim for knowing influence factor what only can _ influence performance agent Sun Life Syariah insurance at PT. Friend Success Doing business in Surabaya. Population in study use whole owned agent _ by company Sun Life Syariah insurance at PT Sahabat Success Doing business in Surabaya as many as 94 agents insurance . Study this based method quantitative . Technique taking sample use method saturated sampling technique so that all population made sample , obtained as many as 94 respondents . Data collection is carried out through deployment questionnaire , which then processed with technique Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis with To do test validity , test reliability , test structural model and test hypothesis . Results study showing that discipline , motivation , and self-efficacy has influence positive and significant to performance agent Sun Life Syariah insurance at PT. Friend Success Doing business in Surabaya.
