Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance in public sector organizations. Primary and secondary data are the data used in this study. This research uses quantitative methods. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is calculated using the SPSS 25 program. The hypothesis test used is the coefficient of determination (R2 test). simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test). The population in this study were employees of the Department of Library and Archives of Mojokerto Regency as many as 30 employees. The technique of determining the sample in this study is to use the saturated sample technique. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has a significant but not significant effect on employee performance.
