Abstract
Sanna Space Coffee Shop currently uses a third-party application to record sales transactions, while raw material inventory management and sales reporting are still performed manually. This condition results in disconnected operational processes, inefficient inventory recording, and time-consuming report preparation. In addition, customers must place orders directly at the cashier, which may lead to long queues during peak hours. Therefore, an integrated system is required to support online ordering, sales transactions, raw material inventory management, and reporting within a single application. This study aims to design and develop a web-based online ordering and raw material inventory management application using the Scrum methodology. The system was developed through the Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Iteration phases, which were completed in three sprints. The application was built using the Laravel framework, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL as the database management system. The resulting application supports three user roles: Superadmin, Cashier, and Customer. It provides features for menu management, online ordering, shopping cart, checkout, QRIS and cash payments, order management, raw material inventory management, administrative dashboard, sales reports, customer order history, and a Cashier Order (Point of Sale/POS) feature for handling direct in-store transactions. Based on Black Box Testing, all implemented features functioned according to the specified functional requirements. Therefore, the developed system is able to improve operational efficiency, integrate business processes, and simplify the management of sales transactions, raw material inventory, and sales reporting at Sanna Space Coffee Shop.
