Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of millennial tourists' perceptions which include destination attractiveness, facilities and infrastructure, service quality, as well as accessibility and price on the motivation to use open trips to Mount Bromo through PT. Eterna Jelajah Abadi. This study employs a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, comprising a sample of 80 respondents who are millennial tourists utilizing the Bromo open trip service at PT. Eterna Jelajah Abadi. Data was collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS software. The results showed that simultaneously (F-test), all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the motivation to use open trips. Partially (t-test), the destination attractiveness and service quality variables proved to have a positive and significant effect, with service quality being the most dominant factor. Conversely, the facilities and infrastructure variables, as well as accessibility and price, did not yield a significant partial effect. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.640 indicates that 64% of millennial tourists' motivation is influenced by their perceptions of the service, while the remaining 36% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. Keywords: Tourist Perception, Millennial Tourists, Motivation, Open Trip, Service Quality.
