Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost structure, revenue, and income, as well as to assess the financial feasibility of Gulali Coffee, an MSME-scale coffee shop in Madiun City. The analysis employs the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit and Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Payback Period (PP), and sensitivity analysis indicators, using a WACC discount rate of 8.8%. The results show that the business requires an initial investment of IDR 250,000,000 and generates a positive net income with a profit margin of about 24%. The business is deemed financially feasible, with a positive NPV of IDR 71,172,160, an IRR of 29% (well above the 8.8% WACC), a B/C Ratio of 1.33, and a PP of 1.37 years, shorter than its economic life. The sensitivity analysis shows that the business is most resilient to raw material cost increases of up to 20% but most vulnerable to a decline in selling price, with a tolerance limit of only 7.24%. Therefore, the Gulali Coffee business is financially feasible to operate and develop, with selling price and sales volume being the key variables for its sustainability.
