Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work-life balance, work overload, and burnout on employee performance at PT Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik. This research employed a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 104 respondents consisting of production employees and administrative staff. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work overload and burnout have negative and significant effects on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.746 indicates that 74.6% of employee performance is explained by work-life balance, work overload, and burnout, while the remaining 25.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings are expected to provide useful input for companies in improving employee performance by enhancing worklife balance, managing workload effectively, and preventing burnout.
