Abstract
This study aims to analyze the supply chain structure, product flow, information flow, financial flow, and supply chain performance of Robusta coffee at Kopi Gondosuli, Puspo District, Pasuruan Regency. This research employed a mixed-method approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Respondents were selected using the snowball sampling technique, involving six respondents consisting of farmers, collectors, and the management of Kopi Gondosuli. Qualitative analysis was conducted using Supply Chain Mapping (SCM), while quantitative analysis was carried out using supply chain performance analysis based on a Likert scale. The results showed that the Robusta coffee supply chain involved four main actors, namely farmers, collectors, Kopi Gondosuli, and consumers, with two supply chain channels: farmers–Kopi Gondosuli–consumers and farmers–collectors–Kopi Gondosuli–consumers. The product flow, information flow, and financial flow were generally well implemented. The supply chain performance analysis resulted in an average score of 3.88, indicating a good category. The payment accuracy indicator obtained the highest score of 4.67, while the ease of obtaining price information indicator received the lowest score of 3.17. Overall, the Robusta coffee supply chain at Kopi Gondosuli has performed well; however, improvements are still needed in terms of price information access, raw material supply continuity, and strengthening partnerships among supply chain actors.
