Abstract
The LLDIKTIApps application was developed to improve the efficiency and quality of educational services at LLDIKTI Region IX by focusing on the implementation of an intuitive and user-friendly User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. The main issues identified were the limited accessibility of digital information and services, as well as an interface that did not adequately support user needs. Therefore, this project aimed to design a modern, fast, and innovative mobile application by considering users' needs and preferences. The application was developed using the Design Thinking methodology, which consists of five main stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. During the empathize stage, interviews and surveys were conducted to identify user needs and problems. The design process resulted in a prototype that was evaluated through usability testing using metrics such as task success rate, task completion time, and user satisfaction score. The testing results showed that the LLDIKTIApps application successfully increased user satisfaction to 94%. In addition, the application provided easier access to features such as academic data management, educational service information, and notifications related to LLDIKTI activities. With a more responsive and user-friendly interface, the application supports LLDIKTI Region IX's vision of delivering more modern and innovative educational services.
