Abstract
The manual rental management process at the Soerokromo Building in Sidoarjo creates operational challenges. This study aims to design and develop a website-based Building Management Information System to facilitate a more effective and organized rental management process. The research employs the Agile Scrum methodology, comprising the following stages: product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The developed system supports rental data management, online facility booking, integrated payments, membership management, user communication, reviews, and rental reporting. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method specifically the Equivalence Partitioning approach and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Black Box Testing results indicate that all system functions operate in accordance with the designed functional requirements. Furthermore, the UAT yielded a user acceptance rate of 92.95%, falling into the "Very Good" category. These results demonstrate that the system meets user needs and can effectively support the rental management process. Thus, the application of the Scrum method successfully produced a website-based information system tailored to the rental management requirements of the Soerokromo Building in Sidoarjo.
