Abstract
The utilization of e-government is one of the government's efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public administration, including the management of Civil Servants (ASN) performance. One form of its implementation at the Mojokerto Regency Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) is through the Performance Data Upload and Calculation System (Suhita) Website. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-government utilization through the Suhita Website on the performance of Civil Servants at BKPSDM Mojokerto Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique involving 30 Civil Servants as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares method with SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that e-government utilization has a positive and significant effect on Civil Servants' performance, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.507 indicates that e-government utilization explains 50.7% of the variance in Civil Servants' performance, while the remaining 49.3% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. The more optimal the utilization of the Suhita Website as an e-government platform, the better the performance of Civil Servants at BKPSDM Mojokerto Regency.
