Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy, but still face significant challenges in managing sales data and making strategic data-based decisions. This capstone project aims to develop a data-driven platform. This capstone project aims to develop a web-based platform called COVI (Come Visualization) that provides interactive data visualization services and machine learning-based business predictions. This platform is designed to help MSMEs analyze sales data, predict market trends, and develop more effective business strategies. The methods used include dataset collection, data preprocessing, machine learning model development using Arima, and model integration into a web-based system. The final result is a platform with key features of data visualization, sales prediction, and business consulting services. The evaluation shows that the developed prediction model is able to provide relevant results with a MAPE Metric of 55%, while the intuitively designed user interface makes it easier for MSMEs to access and utilize technology more efficiently. The COVI platform can facilitate MSMEs in making data-based decisions, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening their competitiveness in the digital era. By continuously developing features and expanding its service reach, this platform has great potential to support the comprehensive digital transformation of MSMEs.
