Abstract

Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism in Surabaya is a conservation-based tourist destination that provides various facilities to support visitor comfort and convenience. However, several facilities, including toilets, prayer rooms, gazebos, and tracking/jogging paths, are still considered less than optimal. This study aims to measure visitor satisfaction with the available facilities. The research employed a quantitative method using a simple linear regression approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, as indicated by the regression equation Y = -3.114 + 0.418X and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.967) indicates that facilities explain 96.7% of the variation in visitor satisfaction. Therefore, improving facility quality is an important factor in enhancing visitor satisfaction at Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism, Surabaya
