Abstract
This study was conducted to analyze the influence of product innovation, product quality, and product reviews on consumers’ purchase intention toward Luxcrime products in Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study consisted of female consumers in Surabaya who were interested in purchasing Luxcrime products and were aged between 17–36 years old. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques applied in this research included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test.The results of the study indicate that partially, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on consumers’ purchase intention toward Luxcrime products in Surabaya. Product quality was also found to have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, product reviews significantly and positively influenced consumers’ purchase intention. Simultaneously, the three independent variables, namely product innovation, product quality, and product reviews, collectively have a positive and significant effect on consumers’ purchase intention toward Luxcrime products in Surabaya.Based on the findings, it can be concluded that product innovation, product quality, and product reviews are important factors that can increase consumers’ purchase intention toward Luxcrime products. Therefore, the company is expected to continuously develop product innovation, maintain product quality, and pay attention to consumer reviews in order to improve consumers’ purchase intention sustainably.
