Abstract

Risk management is a fundamental aspect in ensuring the continuity of organizational operations, especially in health institutions such as the Surabaya Health Quarantine Center (BBKK). In the face of large and complex data, the use of data visualization technology is a strategic solution to support data-driven decision making. Looker Studio, a data visualization platform, enables real-time and interactive data analysis, making it relevant for the needs of BBKK Surabaya. This research aims to analyze the existing risk data management system, identify constraints, and implement Looker Studio to improve efficiency and effectiveness in risk data management. Based on data, organizations that use data visualization technology report an increase in the efficiency of the decision-making process by up to 40% (Google, 2023), as well as a decrease in human error rates by up to 30% (Wardhani & Suryaningsih, 2023). The results of this activity are expected to not only provide practical solutions for BBKK Surabaya but also become a reference for similar institutions in managing risks using data visualization technology.
