Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of hybrid working system and work communication on employee performance at PT Pintu Kemana Saja, a Jakarta-based crypto asset fintech company. The research employed a causal associative quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 106 employees was selected through purposive sampling from a population of 330 employees implementing the hybrid working system. Data were collected via a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The F-test revealed a simultaneous significant positive effect (F = 56.126; sig. = 0.000). Partially, hybrid working has a significant positive effect (t = 6.955; sig. = 0.000; β = 0.542) and work communication also has a significant positive effect (t = 5.665; sig. = 0.000; β = 0.461). The Adjusted R Square of 0.512 indicates both variables explain 51.2% of employee performance variation. Hybrid working is the more dominant variable.
