Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Job Training, Workload, and Work Facilities both partially and simultaneously on the Employee Performance of PT Citratel Regional Sidoarjo. The research was conducted at PT Citratel Regional Sidoarjo with a sample of 70 respondents obtained through saturated sampling technique (census). Data processing was performed using SPSS software, with multiple linear regression analysis employed as the primary analytical technique. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test and F-test at a 95% confidence level. The F-test (simultaneous) results indicate that Job Training, Workload, and Work Facilities collectively exert a significant influence on Employee Performance, as evidenced by an F-calculated value of 30.042 exceeding the F-table value of 2.74, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the t-test (partial), Job Training exerts a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, with a t-calculated value of 5.028 exceeding the t-table value of 1.996 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Facilities similarly exert a positive and significant influence, with a t-calculated value of 4.443 exceeding the t-table value of 1.996 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conversely, Workload does not exert a significant influence on Employee Performance, as indicated by a t-calculated value of 0.962 falling below the t-table value of 1.996, with a significance value of 0.340 > 0.05.
