Abstract
ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Mochammad Galih Bintang Permana, 19042010158, The Influence of Recruitment Systems and Work Ability on Employee Morale at PT Indomarco Prismatama Jombang This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment systems and work ability on employee morale at PT Indomarco Prismatama Jombang. The research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 25. The sample consists of 88 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The results show that simultaneously, recruitment systems and work ability have a significant effect on employee morale, as indicated by the F-test value of 175.508. Partially, the recruitment system (X1) has a significant effect with a t-value of 2.324, while work ability (X2) shows a stronger influence with a t-value of 6.076. Both variables have a positive effect on employee morale. These findings indicate that improving recruitment quality and developing employee capabilities are essential to enhance morale. Therefore, the company is expected to use these results as a basis for more effective policy formulation. That the implementation of an appropriate recruitment system, supported by strong employee work capabilities, is able to create optimal work enthusiasm. Both variables jointly contribute to increasing employees’ motivation, readiness, and performance in achieving the company’s objectives. Keywords: Recruitment System, Work Ability, Employee Morale
