Abstract
Barsah MSME is a banana processing business with considerable potential but still faces limited capital, conventional production processes, underutilized market potential, and fluctuating raw material prices. This study aims to analyze the empowerment process, internal and external factors, and priority empowerment strategies. The research used a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), involving five respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results show that empowerment was carried out through business legality, training, mentoring, production assistance, and partnerships. The recommended priority strategy is strengthening product visibility and integrated digital marketing. This study concludes that institutional strengthening and market access expansion are effective strategies for improving MSME competitiveness.
