Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of price, network quality, and service quality on purchase intention, purchase decision, and customer satisfaction of Biznet WiFi services in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who have not subscribed but have experienced Biznet services. The results show that price, network quality, and service quality have a positive effect on purchase intention, with service quality being the most dominant factor. In terms of purchase decision, only price and network quality have a significant effect, while service quality and purchase intention are not significant. Meanwhile, all variables significantly influence customer satisfaction, with purchase decision as the strongest factor. Overall, price and service quality are the main determinants of consumer behavior, while network quality acts as a supporting factor. These findings indicate that appropriate pricing strategies and improved service quality are essential to enhance purchase intention, purchase decision, and customer satisfaction in Biznet WiFi services in Surabaya
