Abstract
The high dependency on subsidized LPG, which is largely fulfilled through imports, along with the need for cleaner energy, encourages the utilization of natural gas as an alternative household energy source. This study aims to determine the most appropriate sustainable supply chain strategy to support the utilization of natural gas as a substitute for subsidized LPG at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk SOR III Surabaya. This research applies a Multi-Criteria Decision Making approach using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). FAHP is used to determine criteria weights based on economic, environmental, and social aspects, while TOPSIS is used to rank alternative strategies. Based on the results, the strategy of infrastructure integration and gas distribution efficiency has the highest preference value of 0.9712, making it the most recommended alternative. This strategy is considered effective in improving distribution efficiency, expanding household gas network utilization, and reducing dependency on subsidized LPG. Keywords: natural gas, sustainable supply chain, FAHP, TOPSIS
