Abstract

The current globalization of the business world shows significant developments that are able to provide a growth impact on the Indonesian economy. Technological developments make the business world face fierce competition, because consumers will be more selective in choosing goods or services. Modern retail business is one sector experiencing competition to attract consumers to meet their needs. This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and price perception on consumer satisfaction at FamilyMart Mulyosari Surabaya. The research method used was quantitative. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased FamilyMart Mulyosari products in Surabaya aged over 13 years and domiciled in Surabaya. A sample of 150 respondents was taken using a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis tested using SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that service quality, product quality, and price perception simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.
