Abstract
This study is based on the discrepancy between fluctuations in profitability ratios and increases in the energy sector index, indicating that market perceptions of company value do not always align with the company's financial performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on company value, as measured by Tobin's Q, and to examine the role of digital transformation as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from company financial reports and the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A sample of 30 companies that met the criteria was obtained, with a research period of 3 years, so the total research data used was 90 data. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), t-tests, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results show that ROA and ROE variables have a positive and significant effect on company value, while the NPM variable has a negative and significant effect on company value. In addition, the digital transformation variable is able to moderate the influence of ROA, ROE, and NPM variables on company value. This study concludes that firm value is influenced not only by profitability but also by the company's ability to integrate digital transformation to sustainably improve competitiveness and performance. Keywords: Profitability, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Firm Value, Tobin's Q, Digital Transformation
