Abstract

RIYA DATULJANNAH DITA, 22042010115, THE INFLUENCE OF WORK LOAD, JOB STRESS, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON TURNOVER INTENTION OF MILENNIAL EMPLOYEES AT CV. BERSAMA BERKEMBANG BERJAYA IN SURABAYA. Human resources have become the most fundamental factor determining an organization’s success amid the advancement of globalization and the rapid growth of modern industry. Millennial employees are known to prioritize comfort and a balance between personal life and work. They are the group most likely to express a desire to change jobs (turnover intention) when faced with high workloads, increasing job stress, and an unsupportive work environment. CV. Bersama Berkembang Berjaya in Surabaya is one such company that exemplifies these conditions due to the nature of its project-based work, which involves tight deadlines and high demands for creativity. This study focuses on analyzing the influence of work load, job stress, and work environment on turnover intention of milennial employees at CV. Bersama Berkembang Berjaya in Surabaya. This study employed a quantitative approach, collecting data via a questionnaire. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling, specifically a saturated sample of 40 respondents. All data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. The results of the analysis reveal that workload, job stress, and work environment have a significant simultaneous influence on turnover intention of millennial employees at CV. Bersama Berkembang Berjaya in Surabaya to change jobs. Furthermore, workload and work-related stress have a significant partial effect on employees’ desire to change jobs, while the work environment does not have a significant partial effect on employees’ desire to change jobs.
