Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of sales promotion and e-service quality on repurchase intention among Alfagift app users in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were Alfagift app users domiciled in Surabaya with a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 203 respondents. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that simultaneously, sales promotion and e-service quality had a significant effect on repurchase intention. Partially, sales promotion and e-service quality each had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. These findings indicate that increased sales promotion and good e-service quality can encourage consumers to make repeat purchases. This study is expected to contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies, particularly in increasing customer loyalty in retail apps.
