Abstract

The digital era has significantly transformed the education sector, with e-learning platforms such as Kelas.id becoming one of the main solutions for career development and self-improvement. The success of such platforms depends on a strong understanding of user needs and behavior. This Internship Program (PKL) aims to analyze the learning activity patterns of Kelas.id users. Using a descriptive data analysis and data visualization approach, this study provides insights into the number of classes taken, users’ topic preferences, and learning activities. The findings are expected to help PT Semesta Integrasi Digital develop effective marketing strategies and improve service quality. The study involved collecting user data, including demographic information, learning activities, and topic preferences, to better understand user characteristics and behavior. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented through visualizations to make the results easier to interpret. The results of this study can support Kelas.id in improving its services and creating a more relevant and inclusive learning experience for users.
